Help your body get ready for the time change

Start a few days early to give your body its best chance to adjust. Daylight saving time 2022 will begin at 2amCT on Sunday, March 13th and ends at 2am on Sunday, November 6th.

Word from Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Sleep Disorder Division advises actually getting to bed earlier for a few days before the change.

Get outside early in strong morning light for a few days afterward.

Their statistics say that vehicle accidents are higher in the week following the time transition. Rest, adjust and move safely into the days after.
