Parkway closed westbound

Adair County Sheriff's Office

The Adair County Sheriff's Office and first responders are currently on the parkway working multiple collisions.

Please find an alternate route if you have to travel, and if not, please stay home.

The parkway will be shut down east and west till at least 10amCT. It is shut down at the 41 mile marker westbound. Travel toward Russell County from Columbia is open at this time.

Multiple collisions reported on LBN Cumberland Parkway

The Sheriff's Office is responding to multiple collisions on the Parkway this morning, and travel westbound is blocked at least until 10amCT. Travelers are urged to seek a different route, and to stay home if at all possible.
