Annex Building opening on 2 hr delay Friday From Gale Cowan, Adair Co. Judge Executive The Adair County Annex Building will be opening on a 2 hour delay (10amCT) on Friday, February 4, 2022. Road Conditions will be evaluated again on Friday morning to determine if further delays or closings are needed.
