CPD: Officers stop burglary in progress By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, shortly after 1pmCT, the Columbia Police Department responded to a breaking and entering on Hanley Lane. Upon arrival, officers located and made contact with a male and female still at the property. Both were taken into custody. Danny Ingram, 47, of Columbia, was charged with burglary 2nd degree, as well as criminal mischief 3rd degree. Jasmine Borders, 20, of Columbia, has been charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, burglary 2nd degree, and criminal mischief 3rd degree. Officer Josh Durbin was the arresting Officer.
