ACSO: Injury collision on Gradyville Club Road By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 6:50pm, the Adair County Sheriff's Office investigated an injury collision in western Adair County. Samuel Gaddis, age 50, of Columbia, was traveling west on Gradyville Club Road when he lost control of his vehicle, a 2008 Chevrolet truck. The vehicle went over an earthen embankment and came to rest in a creek. Adair County EMS treated Gaddis on scene, and then transported him to TJ Health Columbia. Sheriff's K-9 Deputy Chandler Staten investigated the collision. He was assisted on scene by the Columbia Adair County Fire Department and Adair Co. EMS. This story was posted on 2022-01-31 16:36:49
