CPD welcomes Officer Necessary By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department The Columbia Police Department would like to welcome Holly Necessary as our newest Officer. Necessary was sworn in last night, January 4, 2022, at City Hall. She is a graduate of Big Sandy Community and Technical College, and has spent the last four years with The Kentucky State Parks as a Naturalist.
