ACSO: Yearly activity report for 2021

The Adair County Sheriff's Office wraps up 2021 with a very busy year. Activity for the year is as follows:
  • 8,704 Calls for service and complaints (this includes 911 and walk-in complaints)
  • 454 Warrants of arrest was served
  • 114 Cases opened
  • 225 Accidents Investigated
  • 4,840 Vehicles inspected
  • 819 Subpoena's served
  • 482 Civil process papers served
  • 137 Motorist Assist
  • 144 Prisoners Transported
  • 96 MEntally Ill transports for medical help
  • 177,232 Miles Driven patrolling
  • $7,830,293.13 in taxes collected as of 1-1-22
In addition court security bailiffs provided 1,655 hours in the Adair County Judicial Building, serving District and Circuit courts.

The sheriffs office employs 7 full time deputies, providing law enforcement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to over 412 square miles of Adair County.
