Columbia Baptist group brings donations to JOY Ministries

The Columbia Baptist Church men's ministry was busy Tuesday morning packing boxes of food which have been donated by the church to JOY Ministries. In all, the church collected 50 boxes of food and non-perishable items.

More than 15 people from Columbia Baptist helped to prepare boxes and carry them to the truck and then deliver them to the JOY Ministry location on Greensburg Street.

JOY Ministries will distribute the donations to needy families over the holidays.

CBC Collects Food

Loading trucks

Several individuals helped load three trucks that hauled the food and non-perishable items collected by the Columbia Baptist Church to the Joy Ministry located on Greensburg Street.
