Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments November 5 On Friday, November 25, 2021, the Adair County Circuit Court Grand Jury met and handed down indictments against 21 individuals from Columbia, Campbellsville, Edmonton, and Breeding, KY, and Cincinnati, OH, on charges including flight, DUI, recieving stolen property, possession, reckless driving, assault, menacing, resisting arrest, theft, burglary, criminal mischief, tampering, arson, and improper passing. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
