OCC Total 2,468 going in to final day for drop offs

The Collection of Operation Christmas Child shoe box gifts in Adair County has gone extremely well leading into Monday's final day of Collection.

Sunday was another busy day with 370 boxes dropped off by 15 different individuals or churches. Monday, November 22, 2021, is the final day of drop offs during this year's National Collection Week.

Individuals can drop off shoebox gifts Monday at the Columbia First Church of the Nazarene; Wheet Fellowship Hall at 1200 Jamestown St., Columbia Kentucky.

Remaining drop-off times are as follows:
  • Monday, November 22: 9amCT to 11amCT

The final drop off Sunday afternoon was made by the Glens Fork Church of the Nazarene. Their drop off brought the total of shoebox gifts leading into Monday's final day of collections to 2,468 boxes. Pastor Scott Cooksey made the delivery for the church.
