ACFD: 1461 Keltner Road Fire By Donald Hare The Adair County Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire at 2:27pmCT on Thursday afternoon, November 18, 2021, to 1461 Keltner Rd. Upon arrival there was heavy smoke coming from the second floor of the residence. Home was under renovations and owned by Billy Withers. There where 13 firefighters on scene for approx. 1.5 hours.
