Glenn Reeves, 80, Adair Co., KY native (1941-2021) Glenn Reeves of Glasgow passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. He was 80 years old. The funeral service for Mr. Reeves will be held at 2pmCT on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, 801 N Race St, Glasgow, KY. Burial will follow at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2pmCT to 8pmCT on Friday, November 19, 2021, and will continue until the time of service on Saturday, November 20, 2021. He was born to the late Richmond Buford "Banty" Reeves and Alma Young Reeves of Columbia, Kentucky in 1941 and graduated from Adair County High School in 1960. Glenn worked as a builder for nearly 40 years. He was an active member of Glasgow Cumberland Presbyterian Church for over 50 years and served as an elder. He was an avid outdoorsman and long-time member of the Barren Bassmasters. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a collector of antique fishing lures. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents and two older brothers, Earl Dean Holt and Paul Reeves. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Judy Strange Reeves of Glasgow, Kentucky; son Ronald Glenn Reeves (Alisha) of Glasgow, Kentucky; daughter Nancy Reeves Moore (Jeff) of Bowling Green, Kentucky: five grandchildren Megan Reeves Graham (Scott), Sam Richardson, Drew Richardson, Brady Moore, and Chase Moore; siblings Mary Reeves Coffey of Glasgow, Kentucky and Phyllis Reeves Smith, Carol Reeves Shaul, Louis Reeves (Nancy), Danny Reeves, and Dennis Reeves (Renee) of Columbia, Kentucky, as well as several special nieces, nephews, and family members. Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made to Glasgow Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 101 Cumberland Street, Glasgow, KY 42141. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
