Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments October 25 On Monday, October 25, 2021, the Adair County Circuit Court Grand Jury met and handed down indictments against 13 individuals from Columbia, Campbellsville, Glasgow, and Louisville, KY, on charges including possession, wanton endangerment, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, DUI, theft, burglary, assault, reckless driving, public intoxication, intimidation, and trespass. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
