Virginia Mae Miller, 77, Greensburg, KY (1944-2021) Virginia Mae Miller of Greensburg passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at the Lourdes Mercy Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. She was 77 years old. Cremation was chosen. There will be a memorial visitation held from 2pmCT until 4pmCT on Friday, October 29, 2021 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main St., Greensburg, KY. Virginia Mae Miller, daughter of the late Marvin Eugene Truax and Mary Catherine Montgomery Truax, was born on Tuesday, October 24, 1944 in Jefferson County. She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a homemaker, and a former C.N.A. for Meadows East Nursing Facility in Jeffersontown. She united in marriage to Bill Miller who also preceded her in death in 1969. Survivors include two daughters: Brenda Bailey, Linda Brown (Jimmy Powell), all of Green County; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Hammond Miller of Campbellsville, and Charles and Debbie Miller of Green County; four stepchildren: Paul Edward Barnes, Jr., Paula Jean Barnes both of Shelbyville, James Drum of Chaplain, and Jennifer Lynn Drum of Louisville; her companion: Larry Reese of Greensburg; 11 grandchildren: Bryan Miller, Carolyn Clark, Tabitha Johnson, Gary Brown, George Bailey, Jessica Bailey, Jamie Bailey, Charles Allen Miller, Cory Williams, Jerrett Coppage, and Bella Williams; 17 great-grandchildren; five sisters: Kathy (Eddie) Christie of Greensburg, Myrtle Wright of Campbellsville, Patricia Wilson, Anna Carol Huffman both of Shelby County, and Dorothy (Simon) Bewley of Campbellsville; three brothers: James Truax (Jolene Bently), David Truax all of Campbellsville, and Mark Peyton (Anna Huffman) of Shelby County; and a host of other relatives and friends.
