Host families and LWC enjoy international student's foods

By George Kolbenschlag

Friday's International Market Day at Lindsey Wilson College offered host families, students and faculty a taste of food from many countries prepared by Lindsey's international student body.

The annual event gives the international students an opportunity to prepare delicacies from their homelands.

Lindsey Wilson is a true global village. More than 100 international students from more than 30 different countries attend Lindsey.

The host families have no financial obligations, but offer students an opportunity to have a broader cultural experience beyond the college campus. If you would be interest in hosting a student you can contact Sabine Eastham at (270) 384-8236.
