Bobby Lynn Ervin, 58, Metcalfe County, KY (1963-2021) Bobby Lynn Ervin, son of the late Mitchell and Norma Ervin was born April 8, 1963. He departed this life on Monday, October 11, 2021 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. Bobby was 58 years, 6 months and three days of age. Bobby made a profession of Christ and was saved as a young boy at bible school. He was a lifelong member of the Pink Ridge Baptist Church. Along with his loving wife Sherry Edwards Ervin of 38 years, they were owners and operators of Roadside BBQ and K&E Lumber. Bobby and Sherry were married January 12, 1983. Besides his wife Bobby is survived by three daughters - Tiffany Ervin, Ashley (Tad) Westmoreland and Brittany (Logan) Westmoreland all of Edmonton. Five grandchildren - Luke Meadows, Katie Meadows, Paisley Meadows, Easton Westmoreland and an unborn granddaughter Kinsleigh Westmoreland due in February. Three sisters. Carol (Roger) Chaney, Nancy (Anthony) Shoultz and Tammy (Rodney) Deckard. His father in law and mother in law Coy and Judy Edwards of Greensburg. A host of other relatives and friends also survive. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Gary Ervin. Funeral services will be held 1pmCT Friday, October 15, 2021 at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton. Interment will follow in the Pink Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 and after 9 Friday at the funeral home. Butler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
