Glasgow-Barren Rotary donates to Shanti Niketan Hospice Home

By Stacey Biggs

The T.J. Community Mission Foundation was honored to receive a donation in support of the construction of the Shanti Niketan Hospice Home from the Glasgow-Barren County Rotary Club. The $7000 donation was the result of the recent golf scramble hosted by the Rotary Club in support of Shanti Niketan.

T.J. Community Mission Foundation executive director, Randy Burns said, "We are just overwhelmed by this wonderful gift and so thankful to Glasgow-Barren County Rotary Club for their partnership with us on this wonderful facility that will serve so many for years to come. Also, thank you to all of the businesses and individuals in our community who supported the golf scramble through sponsorships or participation!"
