Creative Arts for Mental Health Workshop By Teresa Bright Adair County Cooperative Extension Service The Adair County Cooperative Extension Service will offer a Creative Arts for Mental Health Workshop at NoonCT on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at the Adair County Extension Office, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY. Creative arts has been proven to be beneficial for mental health. Learn to connect with your creative side and do some skill building. In this workshop, you will create an autumn themed hand towel for your home decor. This is a NO-Sew project. You will need to bring an iron and a small portable ironing board. Class space is limited.
