Amanda Graves Jumper is new HR director at St. Joseph

Amanda Graves Jumper, the daughter of Henry and Violet Graves, a Columbia native and 2004 graduate of Adair County High School, has been appointed Market Director of Human Resources at CHI Saint Joseph Health in Lexington where she has worked for the past five years.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science at Campbellsville University and Master of Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University.



Amanda's skills and experience include the areas of human resources, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, training, leadership, government, leadership development, event planning, employee relations, policy, research, team building, nonprofits, organizational development and public policy.

She serves on the Boards of United Way of the Bluegrass, Madison County chapter, and the Kentucky Habitat for Humanity. Amanda and her husband Joe and two daughters live in Berea.

Violet and Henry Graves proudly share the announcement that their daughter, Amanda Jumper, has been named the new Market Director of Human Resources at CHI Saint Joseph Health, Lexington.

A native of Columbia, and 2004 graduate of Adair County High School, Amanda received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science at Campbellsville University and her MBA at Indiana Wesleyan.

She and her husband Joe and two daughters live in Berea.
