KY 1742 to temporarily close in Casey Co. Work expected to last one week By Amber Hale The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 8 Office advises motorists that KY 1742 in Casey County will be temporarily closed to through traffic beginning Monday, July 19, for culvert replacement. Work will take place at mile point 6.1 (Branch of Dry Creek) between Sulphur Run Road and Harpers Way. Work is expected to last one week.
