AVIS issues resolved at KDOT According to an update at 11:30amCT to the Kentucky Department of Transportation's Twitter feed, "The AVIS system issues affecting vehicle-related transactions at County Clerk Offices have been resolved. Delays may be experienced as clerks work through a backlog of vehicle-related service requests." Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer has suggested calling the Clerk's Office before you come in at 270-384-2801 or 270-384-4007. The computer system has been down intermittently since late last week, due to issues migrating to a new computer system. Earlier on CM: Outage continues for vehicle transfers, other services OK.
