Campbellsville has new fireworks ordinance By Chris Taylor, Chief Campbellsville Fire-Rescue The City of Campbellsville recently introduced a new ordinance dealing with the sale and the use of fireworks in the City of Campbellsville. Our goal is to use our website (www.campbellsvillefire.com/fireworks) as a tool for your fireworks questions. The ordinance has two divisions: Sale of Fireworks and Use of Fireworks. Use of Fireworks Summary You are allowed to use fireworks on the following days:
Consumer Fireworks Sales Summary: Any person, association or entity who sells fireworks in the City of Campbellsville shall apply for and obtain from the City of Campbellsville Fire Chief or their designee, a Fireworks Sales Permit. The applications for a Fireworks Sales Permit shall be made available and provided upon request.
