The Adair County School Board will meet in regular session at 6pmCT on Thursday, May 20, 2021, in the Board Conference Room at the Adair County Board of Education, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.

This meeting will be open to the public with social distancing guidelines in place.

  • 14. Discussion/Approval of Change Order #3, which adds two ADA-compliant handicap parking spaces and a sidewalk leading to the baseball press box at a cost of $14,393.00

  • 15. Discussion/Approval of Change Order #4, which fixes an unmarked electrical line at the baseball field at a cost of $5,242.72

  • 16. Discussion/Approval of Pay App #4 for Jenkins-Essex Construction for the pressbox in the amount of $109,016.00

  • 17. Discussion/Approval of Change Order #3, which satisifies the request of the owner to add sun shades to the store front windows of the new addition to match the existing building at a cost of $18,686.06

  • 18. Discussion/Approval of Pay App #7 for Jenkins-Essex Construction for the Adair County Primary Center Preschool Addition Project in the amount of $102,606.00.

  • 19. Approval of Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency Head Start Memorandum of agreement for special education services between Head Start and the Adair County Board of Education.
