Three ACPC Art students display work in NPS project

Click headline to see photos of students and their artwork.

By Debbie Bradshaw, Principal

Thanks to Mrs. Campbell, our ACPC art teacher, every K-2 student, during their weekly art class, had the opportunity to participate in an event called "Women in the National Park Service" A Tribute.

Our school was allowed to send in only the work of three students, who were chosen due to their continuously excellent work in Art Class:
  • Dianna Sanchez (Kindergartener in Mrs. Pepper's class)
  • Jase Stargel (First grader in Ms. Donnita's class)
  • Ruby Caceres (Second grader in Mrs. Taylor's class)
At the end of the exhibit, the work will be sent back to ACPC so it can be returned to the students. Each student will also be receiving a ribbon and certificate, signifying their excellence in Art.

We are extremely proud of our hard-working ACPC students using their creativity to share a positive message!

The full exhibit is on display from May 15-July 15, 2021 and can be viewed online at https://www.flickr.com/photos/thedreamrocket.
