Board of Education special called meeting

The Adair County Board of Education will hold a special called meeting at 6pmCT on Thursday, May 6, 2021, in the Adair County Board Conference Room, Adair County Board of Education, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.

Agenda items include SB128 applications and upgrading HVAC to better deal with COVID issues.

The meeting will be open to the public, with social distancing guidelines in place.

    6:00 P.M.

  • ***Superintendent Dr. Stephens and Adair County Board Members will open the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance***

  • ***Prayer***

  • 1. Call Special Board Meeting to Order.

  • 2. Approval of Agenda

  • 3. Approve/Reject all applications for SB128 "Do Over".

  • 4. Approval of an Emergency BG1 for the HVAC systems in each school for air purification and better ventilation. This will help Adair County Schools to better prevent, prepare and respond to COVID19 issues moving forward.

  • 5. Approve hearing for Adair County School District Facility Plan (DFP) for May 20, 2021. The meeting will take place in the Adair County Board Conference Room at 5pmCT.

  • 6. Approval to assign a Public Hearing Officer for the District Facility Plan.

  • 7. Adjournment
