CPD: Fairdale man arrested on Terry Street By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department On Wednesday night, April 28, 2021, Columbia Police Department officers responded to Terry Street for report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, officers observed a black Ford parked in a driveway where, according to callers, it did not belong. Inside the vehicle a male subject was passed out in the backseat. He was awakened by officers. The suspect was found to be in possession of paraphernalia and narcotics, and was taken into custody. Kyle Lynch, 29, of Fairdale, Kentucky has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine. Officer Josh Durbin was the arresting officer.
