Donna Rieder writes:
Carol Perkins' talk about "riding around" brought back memories, especially when she mentioned the A&W drive-in.

My very first job was as a rollerskating waitress at the local A&W. My wage was 75cents an hour plus tips! I made about $50 a week in tips, which in 1972 was really good!
