Robert Billy (Bill) Cooper, 69, Crothersville, IN (1951-2021) Robert Billy "Bill" Cooper of Crothersville, Indiana passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021 in Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana. He was 69 years old. The funeral service will be held at 2pmET on Friday, March 26, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY, with viewing from NoonET until time of service. Burial will follow at the St. Bernard Cemetery. Facial coverings must be worn. Please be mindful of social distancing guidelines. Born June 27, 1951 in Cumberland County, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Vinson and Tiva Jane (Harris) Cooper. He was retired from Southern Indiana Lumber Company Survivors include his wife, Elsie Cooper of Crothersville, Indiana; daughter, Billie Jo (Anthony) Gadberry of Liberty, Kentucky; grandchildren, Maverick, Chance, and Case Gadberry; six sisters, Susie Barnes of Crossville, TN, Joyce Fultz of Glennie, Michigan, Betty Stamps of Muddy Pond, TN, Anna Cooper of Clark Range, TN, Gail (Tony) Wethington of Clementsville, and Brenda (Murriel) Wethington of Clementsville; three brothers, Charles Cooper of Crossville, TN, Ray (Ethel) Cooper of Crossville, TN, and Richard (Becky) Cooper of Crossville, TN. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jane Renee Cooper; his parents; and brothers, Thomas and David Cooper.
