Lewis Garrison honored by Chamber of Commerce

Robert Lewis Garrison, President of Garrison Construction Company, Inc., was recently honored as Board Member of the Month by the Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce for his years of devoted service.

Lewis has given volunteer service to the Chamber of Commerce for many years and he currently serves as Chairman of Governmental Affairs.

He started Garrison Construction Company located on the Adair/Green County line 27 years ago, and today it serves all of south central Kentucky.

He is a native of Adair County, a graduate of Adair County High School, member of theBethlehem Baptist Church, Columbia Lodge # 96, Louisville Scottish Rite, Kosairs,National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA), Associate Builders and Contractors(ABC), American Road and Transportation Builders (ARTBA) and the Kentucky Association ofHighway Contractors (KAHC).

Lewis and his wife Gayle Garrison have a son, James, and a daughter, Amy Mitchum.
