Schools in Adair will all be virtual Monday, 1 Mar Adair County School District students, faculty and staff received a call from Superintendent Pamela Stephens at 8:20pmCT Sunday evening addressing a change of plans for Monday, March 1, 2021 in light of the day's flooding. Dr. Stephens said, "Mother Nature is really throwing it on right now (continuing heavy downpour and storms) so for tomorrow, Monday, we will be all NTI, no in person classes. As many places on the roads are under water, we don't know what morning will bring. So for safety we are saying all virtual for all students. She also said, "Looking ahead, we have made the decision to offer four days a week in person school for all wishing to attend starting March 22, 2021. We are excited. Notify your school as soon as possible if you want to attend in person. Thank you and God Bless." This story was posted on 2021-02-28 20:07:49
