Remy Ussery, 82, Columbia, KY (1938-2021)

Remy Primitiva Cipriano Ussery of Columbia passed away on January 10, 2021, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown. She was 82 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT on Sunday, January 17, 2021, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. B.J. Huff officiating. Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is requested after NoonCT on Sunday.

All attendees to the visitation and/or funeral are required to wear a facial covering and follow the Healthy At Work guidelines.

She was born July 22, 1938, in Tacloban, Leyte, Philippines, to the late Marcos and Tinida Alfaro Cipriano. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Ussery on September 7, 2020. She was of the Catholic faith and a homemaker.

Survivors include:
  • Three sons - Roger Ussery and his wife Holly of Ridgecrest, California, Roderick Ussery of New Albany, Indiana, Randy Ussery and his wife Christine of Columbia, Kentucky
  • Twelve Grandchildren
  • Eight great-grandchildren
