KSP Post 15 November 2020 Activity Report

During the month of November 2020, there were:
  • 1146 Citations Written
  • 194 Courtesy Notices Written
  • 451 Complaints Answered
  • 74 Motorists Assisted
  • 50 Criminal Cases Opened
  • 248 Criminal Arrests Made
During the month of November 2020, there were 24 traffic accidents investigated by the State Police working in the Post 15 area in the 11 counties of Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, Taylor and Washington.

There were two fatal collisions during the month of November in the Post 15 area.


  • Austyn T. Deel age 22 of Russell County KY was killed on 11/12/2020 in Russell Co KY.
  • Gerald D. Foster age 62 of Cumberland Co KY died on 11/28/2020 from a collision on 11/25/2020 in Cumberland Co KY.
This brings our yearly fatality count to 28 compared with 23 through this same period in 2019.

Statewide fatality count stands at 693 compared with 682 through this same period in 2019.
