4th Annual Book Fair will be virtual The 4th Annual Book Fair for Columbia and Adair County will be held during October, beginning on Friday, October 16, 2020. This year, the event will be held virtually. The organizers will be contacting local authors in our area, and the authors will be highlighted in local media sources. They will be working with the local library for pickup, paymnet, etc. for any publication that is featured. Some of the local authors they are hoping to work with include: Lanny Tucker of Greensburg; Lou Ann Russell of Columbia; Dwan Hadley of Columbia; Rodney White of Columbia; and, many more. The first week they will be featuring the books of Dwan Hadley of Columbia. Hadley's books are: How I Met the Man and The Milk, The Meat, and The Manna. The books will be autographed and available at the library. Donations will be accepted for purchase of the books, and the funds raised will go toward distribution of the books to those unable to purchase. For further information, please contact Pamela Hoots or Mike Watson. This story was posted on 2020-10-09 07:16:00
