2020 State 4-H Country Ham Results

Congratulations to all the Adair County youth who participated in the 2020 State 4-H Country Ham Project! This year due to COVID-19 requirements, the contest was not held at the State Fair. This year participants wrote essays instead of giving speeches, and then the hams were taken to 2 Extension Offices for judging.
  • Beth Cowan, Blue Ribbon and 1st place overall in 2005 Nonsmoked Ham Essay and 2nd Place Overall in 2005 Nonsmoked Ham category
  • Abby Maulden, Blue Ribbon and 1st Place in 2009 Nonsmoked Ham category Ham Essay
  • Kylie Cowan, Blue Ribbon and 3rd place in 2005 Nonsmoked Ham category Ham Score
  • Kelsay Breeding, Blue Ribbon and 2nd Place in 2007 Nonsmoked Ham category Ham Essay
