Adair County 4-H conducting two online surveys

By Tony Rose, Agent for 4-H Youth Development
Adair County Extension Service

Adair County 4-H 2020-2021 Program Year Survey
Adair County 4-H is working to provide opportunities for our local youth and would like your input as we move forward. We are looking at some short term specialty 4-H Clubs and/or Workshops and the Grab and Go Educational projects like this spring. We would get 4-Hers the majority of the supplies (by mail and/or pick-up at the Extension Office) and then meet virtually to complete projects in a group setting while remaining Healthy at Home. We are also interested in getting your feedback on whether or not you would be interested in small group club meetings/workshops/daycamps if CDC and University of Kentucky guidelines were followed pertaining to COVID-19.

Please note depending on the topic(s) of the lessons there could be a fee of $10 or less per participant per opportunity. Our goal is for the majority of the opportunities/kits be offered at no charge but sometimes there is not enough funding.

We ask your family to complete this survey to provide feedback on what types of 4-H Youth Development programs/clubs that your child(ren) would be interested in. We are using the results to help us with planning and implementation. Virtual offerings will be conducted via Zoom, with secure registrations and procedures put into place.

This is NOT a commitment to participate at this time. Regular 4-H enrollment paperwork will still have to be completed.

Adair County 4-H Home School Program Survey
Adair County 4-H is working to provide opportunities for our local youth and would like your input as we move forward. We are looking at some short term specialty 4-H Clubs and the 4-H Homeschool Club.

We ask your family to complete this survey to provide feedback on the 4-H Homeschool club that your child(ren) would attend so we can see what works well for your family. We are using the results to help us with planning and implementation. If we do virtual meetings they will be conducted via Zoom with secure registrations and procedures put into place.

This is to gain initial information about the group and to see if there is enough interest. Regular 4-H enrollment paperwork will have to be completed when the group is established.
