Stacy Forrest Byrd, 47, Metcalfe County, KY (1973-2020) Stacy Forrest Byrd age 47 of Knob Lick passed away peacefully at her home Saturday, July 11, 2020. A walk through visitation for Stacy will be held from 4-8pmCT Monday and after 9amCT Tuesday at Butler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1pmCT Tuesday in the Chapel. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis funeral services will be reserved for close family, masks will be required. Stacy, June 21, 1973 - July 11, 2020, was the daughter of the late Dwight Forrest, and Carol Fields Forrest of Knob Lick who survives. Stacy was a member of the New Liberty Baptist Church and had a career of Hotel Management focusing on Hospitality. Stacy lived life to the fullest and when diagnosed with cancer six and a half years ago she held a positive attitude and fought a very courageous battle which she won at 6:20am on Saturday. Stacy used her greatest weapon her faith in God and transitioned into a life free of all disease. She lived and fought in a way that was an inspiration to all her family and friends. Besides her mother she leaves behind her husband Mark Byrd. Three brothers - Brandon, Dustin and Ryder Forrest all of Knob Lick. Her sister - Jenny Liles and husband Billy of Knob Lick. Also surviving are her niece and nephews - Abram and Creedence Liles, Aiden and Trigg Forrest. Butler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. This story was posted on 2020-07-12 14:00:33
