Letter: also got one of those letters with parcel #

Vicky Pike writes:
I, too, got one of those letters with the parcel number on it. Mine didn't have an offer but I messaged back if they were interested there was 20 or so acres on the other side of the Cumberland parkway from me listed at $2.7 million. Got a nice thank you and they would check it out.

I reckon they think we landowners don't have a brain in our head. Well my momma didn't raise no fool. Better than them have tried for the last 50 years and a BROWNING's name is still on the deed and paying the taxes.

Thanks for sharing so nobody else will think it's a legit offer. Call or email them and let them know what is what. People will be moving to the country in droves after the year we have had. As you say, we have reputable real estate folks here that can handle things. End of rant from the Pampered Angus Ranch. -Miss Vicky, spread boss.

Kentucky Wired guy wire removed

2020-06-13 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Victoria Pike of Miss Vicky\\\'s Pampered Angus Ranch.

This problem arose several months ago when a crew entered the property without obtaining an easement to do so and installed a guy wire anchor past 35 ft right of way by nearly 20 ft. - VP
