I, too, got one of those letters with the parcel number on it. Mine didn't have an offer but I messaged back if they were interested there was 20 or so acres on the other side of the Cumberland parkway from me listed at $2.7 million. Got a nice thank you and they would check it out.

I reckon they think we landowners don't have a brain in our head. Well my momma didn't raise no fool. Better than them have tried for the last 50 years and a BROWNING's name is still on the deed and paying the taxes.

Thanks for sharing so nobody else will think it's a legit offer. Call or email them and let them know what is what. People will be moving to the country in droves after the year we have had.
