Letter: Seller Beware By Pam Dailey Today I received an unsolicited "Purchase and Sale Agreement" for acreage on our farm, including the parcel number and legal description. It had such a low price typed into the agreement that it actually made me snort laugh. Then I worried that maybe others in the area may be getting similar mail, may be in dire straights after the lockdown, and would think that this might be a solution for quick cash. So I did some research on this company, a brand new subsidiary with a new website just a few weeks old, of an Atlanta investment group known for purchasing multi-family, commercial apartments, C grade properties, around Atlanta.
