Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Fri 5 June 2020

Indictments brought against 12 individuals from Richmond, Summersville, Columbia, Campbellsville, Buffalo, Mt. Sherman, and Greensburg, KY, on charges including wanton endangerment, trafficking, possession, burglary, DUI, theft and rape.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Friday, 5 June 2020:


  • Codie T. Bryant, Foxhaven Dr., Richmond, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-0007. Charged with 5 counts. Counts 1-3 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 4 - Operating motor vehicle under influence drugs/alcohol/etc., .08 (aggravating circumstance), 1st offense. Count 5 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Bond set at $2,500 cash, no drugs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law, no driving.

  • Zachariah C. Davis, Eve Rd., Summersville, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-0008-001. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana (8oz to <5lbs), 1st offense, while in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property, firearm. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $2,500/10%, no drugs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law.

  • Mariah L. Krupinski, Eve Rd., Summersville, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-0008-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana (8oz to <5lbs), 1st offense, while in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property, firearm. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $2,500/10%, no drugs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law.

  • Timothy G. Shafer, Old Gradyville Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-0009. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 (aggravating circumstance), 1st offense. Count 3 - Operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no durgs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law, no driving.

  • Shelby B. Estes, Long Meadow Dr., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00011-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree, child 12 or under. Bond set at $25,000/10%, no new arrests or violations of the law, no drugs or alcohol, pretrial monitoring, no unsupervised visits with victim.

  • Denver C. Olbers, Reynolds Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00011-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree, child 12 or under. Bond set at $25,000/10%, no new arrests or violations of the law, no drugs or alcohol, pretrial monitoring, no contact with victim.

  • Jonathon Parrish, Edmonton Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00012. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000, no contact with victim or witnesses, no drugs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law.

  • Michael D. Hunter Mings, Little Barren Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00010. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, firearm. Counts 2-3 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Count 4 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Bond set at $1,000 cash, no drugs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law, pretrial monitoring.

  • Charles Lee Wolford, Hudgins Hwy, Summersville, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00014-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 2 - Recieving stolen property, firearm. Count 3 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 4 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Bond set at $5,000 cash, no contact with victim, no drugs or alcohol, no use/possession of firearms.

  • William M. Bell, Pine Rd., Buffalo, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00014-002. Charged with 5 counts. Counts 1-2 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 4 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 5 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000 cash, no contact with victim, no drugs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law.

  • Michael A. Underwood, Mt. Sherman Ward Rd., Mt. Sherman, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00014-003. Charged with 4 counts. Counts 1-2 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 3 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000, no drugs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law.

  • William M. Bell, Pine Rd., Buffalo, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00015. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000, concurrent with 20-CR-14, no drugs or alcohol, no new arrests or violations of the law.

  • Judy A. Nevitt, Nancy Street, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00016. Charged with 2 counts. Counts 1-2 - Rape, 3rd degree. Bond set at $2,500 cash, no contact with victim, no contact with minors, no new arrests or violations of the law, no alcohol or drugs.
