Eva (Bebe) McCubbin, 87, Campbellsville, KY (1933-2020)

Eva "BeBe" McCubbin passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2020. She was 87 years old.

A private funeral service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville, officiated by Ken Collins and Quint McCoy. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery, Larue County, Kentucky.

The family requests a walk-through visitation from 11amET until 12:30pmET on Friday, June 12, 2020 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY.



Eva "BeBe" McCubbin, daughter of the late Alberta Mather Brown was born March 25, 1933 in Larue County, Kentucky. She died at 2:17 P.M., Thursday, June 10, 2020, in Campbellsville.

She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

Eva was a former secretary at Campbellsville College and Taylor County High School and part owner of Little Toot Children's Store.

She was a good and fun mother.

Eva loved dancing and teaching dance and attending the Red Haters functions.

She united in marriage to Sherman "Pete" McCubbin February 12, 1954 and he preceded her in death August 8, 2004.

She is survived by two sons and one daughter: Joe McCubbin of Campbellsville, Rick McCubbin and wife, Joy of Bowling Green and Vicki Burkett and husband, Gordon of Jeffersonville, Indiana; six grandchildren: Jason Larkins and wife, Krista of Louisville, Clint Larkins of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Courey Huynh and husband, Tony and Alex McCubbin and wife, Whitney of Bowling Green, and Ben McCubbin and wife, Danielle and Michael McCubbin and wife, Brittany of Campbellsville; nine great-grandchildren: Patterson Larkins, Maggie Larkins, Nicolas Larkins, Hudson Huynh, Elsie Huynh, Easton McCubbin, Xander McCubbin, Hazel McCubbin and Grayson McCubbin; one sister, Otis Yvonne McSwine of Elizabethtown; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Eva was also preceded in death by two sisters: JoAnn Underwood and Mary Frances Heath.

The family prefers no flowers, but rather donations to the Alzheimers Association. Donations may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.
