ACSO: Mannsville man arrested after traffic stop on bypass By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On June 8, 2020, the Adair County Sheriff's Office initiated a traffic stop of a 2006 Cadillac on the Veterans Memorial Bypass. The vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop it was found that the driver was in possession of a handgun. The driver was a convicted felon, and not allowed by law to possess firearms. Donald Brockman, 51, of Mannsville, KY, was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, a class D felony, and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by Deputy Chandler Staten.
