Operation American Resolve planes didn't make Columbia By Mike Keltner, Director, Adair Co. Emergency Management Just received word that the Operation American Resolve flight plan had changed and they were not able to make it over Columbia. I hope this time outdoors was used to reflect on the sacrifices made and the lives lost to this pandemic. Apologies Again! This story was posted on 2020-05-01 15:56:27
