Postcards from LWC: Jelena Lazovic

By Dakota Smith
International Student Programs (ISP)/Lindsey Wilson College

Hello Adair County! Meet Jelena Lazovic. Jelena is from Pancevo, Serbia, and she will be a sophomore in the 2020-2021 school year. Something special about Jelena is that she has freckles on her irises! When asked what she loved most about her first year at LWC, she said, "I definitely love the connection I have made with my international friends. I'd never thought that after only a few months I'd make friendships that will last for years."

Next year, she hopes to take a trip with her friends. Something she loves about ISP is she loves the way that ISP embraces their cultures, connecting people, and making them feel special.
