Adair Co. Grand Jury April 25 indictments On April 25, 2024, the Adair County Circuit Court Grand Jury met and handed down indictments against 12 individuals from Columbia and Russell Springs, KY. Charges included exploitation, possession, theft, reckless driving, flight, criminal mischief, trafficking, terroristic threatening, promoting contraband, driving on a suspended license, murder, attempted murder, wanton endangerment, assault, kidnapping, and sodomy. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
