Bradley Caldwell: KDH should install rumble strip Bradley Caldwell writes: I think the state hwy department should be made to install rumble strips and intersection street lights at night especially because it is extremely dark out at all the intersections and it makes it very hard to see the stop lights at night until a person is right up on top of the light; and they should add blinking caution signs at least one half of a mile before approaching the intersection from all directions. This should help allieviate the issues at this heavy intersection.
