Bryan Walker: Calls for more local patrolling for speeding

Bryan Walker writes:
Speeding on this bypass or any road within city limits should be policed by local law enforcement. For whatever reason, the state should not be the only ones patrolling this road or any other. I saw a Adair Sheriff's vehicle had someone pulled over just past the schools towards 55 today and was glad to see that.

More needs to be done. We can't even get folks to stop at the stop sign on the corner of Dillon and Greensburg Streets and this is a heavy pedestrian use street in the mornings and afternoons to our schools. Salaries can be made here just in the traffic fines. - Bryan Walker
