He was a Deacon at New Friendship United Baptist Church. He was a native of Russell County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of his death. He was a member of a widely respected Russell County, KY family, the son of the late James H. & Laura Grace Bolin Kerr. His wife, Pamela Kerr, survives. He leaves four direct living descendants. Funeral service for Stevie Kerr will be 2pmCT, Sunday, September 2, 2018 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Jim Robertson & Bro. Andy Robertson officiating. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Saturday, September 1, 2018, and after 8amCT, Sunday until funeral time at 2pmCT, at the funeral home. Interment will be in the New Friendship Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY. Special Music will be rendered by the Church Choir, and Jim Kerr. Pallbearers: Adam Kerr, David Kerr, Jim Kerr, Wayne Hopper Mitchell Morgan, and Otis Earl Kerr, Jr. Stevie Kerr, 67, Russell Springs, KY, (1951-2018) He was born February 3, 1951 in Russell County, KY. Stevie was a Contract Manager for Todd Johnson Contracting. He was a Deacon at New Friendship United Baptist Church.
