Two sent to TJHC after motorcycle accident on Liberty Road, Columbia, KY Motorcycle operator taken to TJ Health/Columbia then airlifted to UK. A passenger on the motorcycle was taken to TJH/C and treated and released. News from Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss' Office On Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 4:39pmCT Adair County E911 Center received a call of a two vehicle auto accident involving a motorcycle 4 miles east of Columbia on Liberty Road. The Adair County Sheriff's Office responded and was able to determine that a 2008 Toyota car driven by Karen Terry of Columbia had came to a stop on Liberty Road when she saw a vehicle in front of her stopped attempting a left turn onto Beulah Chapel Road. A 2009 Harley Davidson Motorcycle being operated by Jonathan Neat of Columbia was unable to stop the motorcycle behind her and hit the Terry vehicle. Jonathan Neat was transported to TJHC by Adair County EMS and airlifted to University of Kentucky hospital. A passenger of the motorcycle, Amanda Foster of Columbia was transported to TJHC and was treated and released. Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss and Deputy Brandon Hitch were the investigating Officers. This story was posted on 2018-08-29 00:13:38
