Election 6 Nov 2018 - SCD Board race decided, won't be on ballot With Mike McMinoway withdrawal, there are only three candidates for three open seats. The last day for candidates to withdraw and not have their names appear on the ballot is Monday, August 27, 2018, according to Deputy Clerk Nadalie Inscho. By Ed Waggener Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer, announced this morning that with the withdrawal of Mike McMinoway of Jack Smith Road, Columbia, KY, from the race for Adair County Soil Conservation District Board Member, the field is reduced to three candidates, and with only three remaining in the race and three open positions, the race will not appear on the ballot in November.
