The Campus Kitchen at Lindsey Wilson College (CKLWC) prepares and delivers a meal every Saturday to over 50 people in the Adair County area. Clients include children, adults, and elderly who show a need after making application. the phone number to the staff coordinator is below.

To provide these meals, volunteers recover food that would normally have been wasted from local eating establishments, and they also have fresh produce from the community garden in Columbia. CKLWC also provides nutrition classes for adults and children in our community.

In America, at the same time that we waste 40% of our food supply, one in seven people are food insecure.
